Reminder for customers outside of New Zealand: shipping costs are higher for tracked international shipping. A high quality digital resolution of your sketch can be emailed to you instead, at no extra cost. For more information about this, please contact me.
Step Four: Correspondence via email
The remainder of the service will be through friendly email correspondence.
During this process, we will discuss:

Any amended prices for special requests or multiple orders
An estimated time of dispatch
Until payment, you are not locked into sale and can change your mind, however I appreciate being notified if you do.
I will provide an update of the sketching process so that you can offer any critiques before your commission is mailed. However, out of respect for my time, please communicate your desires early so that no significant changes need to be made that may require me to restart the artwork. I cannot accept returns and/or refunds after the artwork has been commissioned and paid for.
I endeavour to make your service as efficient and as possible, but please note that I may have multiple clients at one time and may only be able to respond within 24-48 hours.
Please see the terms and conditions as listed on the product pages with regards to returns/refunds and shipping.
